Friends of the Earth Malta together with Healthylicious by Stefania Calleja will be hosting a Sustainable Cooking Workshop on Saturday, 29th Feb from 10:00-13:00 for all ESN Members
Say goodbye to microwave dinners and learn how to cook with fresh seasonal, local and homegrown ingredients. Chef Stefania will be teaching you how to adapt Middle-Eastern cuisine using local vegetables. Its time to bring out the Gordon Ramsey from within you.
Although this is a vegetarian cooking class, Chef Stefania will be offering vegan alternatives for people to alter the recipe at home.
Complimentary drinks including infused waters (using fresh, local, seasonal fruit and home-grown herbs), teas and coffees (organic & fair trade) will be offered to participants throughout the activity.
Participants will need to bring an apron and a container in case we have leftovers.
