NSTS Campus Residence

The NSTS Campus Residence is managed exclusively by NSTS which manages student residences within its portfolio. The following terms and conditions apply to persons booking a stay at the NSTS Campus Residence through the Erasmus Student Network Malta.

Rates:

Studio-room apartment bed only - no meals per person per month for stays spanning:	Single Occupancy	Twin Occupancy
The first semester from September to February	€660	€360
The second semester from February to June	€790	€420
The entire academic year from September to June	€725	€390

Studio-room apartment bed & breakfast occupancy per person per night for stays spanning:	Single Occupancy	Twin Occupancy	Triple Occupancy

Terms and Conditions:

Rents are payable for the full month from check-in date and are not abatable for less nights in any month. Alternatively for less nights, the normal nightly NSTS Brochure rate applies for the number of occupied nights only;
Rent for the first month must be settled in full by bank transfer within 48 hours of placing the booking request. The booking automatically lapses upon failure to receive the money, or bank proof of transfer within 48 hours;
Rooms for any subsequent months may be renewed only if available and not rented out or otherwise committed;
Rooms for any subsequent month(s) will only be reserved from the moment of receipt of full payment for the month(s);
Full payment for the incoming month must be completed by no later than one full week before the expiry of the current paid up month that ends on the following check-in numerical day, failing which the occupant must vacate the room by 11:00 am of the up-coming month anniversary of the check-in numerical day;
No credit is permissible to any student.
