Years ago representatives from Portugal, Spain, France and Italy lived together as the Knights of Malta. Today they will be reunited in Malta as members of Europe’s largest youth organisation: The Erasmus Student Network.
The South Western European Platform is one of the largest and highly anticipated annual ESN events. Bringing together over 200 representatives from Portugal, Spain, France Italy, and Malta, SWEP provides delegates with the possibility to share best practices, cooperate, keep up to date with ESN International progress and find new ways to make our work more impactful in the field of European education and international student mobility.
ESN Malta has participated in many editions of SWEP, and finally, it is our turn to host this event.
SWEP Malta 2020 will take place over 4 days from 05 - 08 November. The opening ceremony will take place at the Valletta Campus. The opening ceremony will be the perfect opportunity to showcase and introduce Malta to our guests. The conference will take place at the Tal-Qroqq Campus and will include a series of plenary sessions, workshops and careers fair. The conference will focus on networking, establishing international contacts, developing soft-skills and finding ways to improve the work we do around the network while strengthening the collaboration and cooperation within our region.
With Malta at the centre of attention, we need to do our best to make sure we organise a truly amazing event, and for that, we need your help! You can help out by volunteering as a member of the Organising Committee or as a member of the Volunteer Team.
