As part of the Malta FA PlayGreen project, ESN Malta is teaming up with JEF Malta, MAKE, Insite, Extinction Rebellion and the Malta FA for the long-awaited, Green Day!

Green Day will consist of cleaning up the beach of Riviera (Ghajn Tuffieha). Volunteer and help us rehabilitate the beach and maintain a cleaner and beautiful environment.
The clean-up will take place on Saturday 28th November at 10am, followed by a football game for whoever wishes to join, organized by the Malta FA.

Here’s another special treat! With the Christmas season just around the corner, we will put up a real Christmas tree which we will then decorate with YOUR heartfelt messages of goodwill in your native language!
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you’ll organise yourselves into small groups of 6. It is also very important that you wear a mask and bring hand sanitizer.

 

We will be providing basic resources, such as; garbage bags, gloves, sand sieves, rakes and buckets, however if you have a pair of your own gloves and a bucket, we encourage you to bring them along!
