Task: To identify a sport, promote and coordinate participation

Overview: The ESN Sports Club includes over 200 participants active in football, volleyball, surfing and diving among others! As sports coordinator, you are required to book relevant equipment, promote the sport and coordinate participation. This can be done by creating regular meet-ups, creating a tournament, etc. You can either choose from the list below which sport you would like to coordinate. Is your sport not present? Feel free to establish a new activity within the ESN Sports Club!

As sports coordinators you will be part of the Health and Wellbeing Team, working under the direction of the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator.

  2. Volleyball/Beach Volleyball
  3. Basketball
  4. Tennis
  5. Running
  6. Surfing (in partnership with Malta Surf School)
  7. Diving (in partnership with DiveBase Malta)

Your voluntary work will be recognized and certified according to the Voluntary Work Scheme and granted ECTS credits/recognition by your university. 

Must I be enrolled in an HEI (University of Malta, MCAST, ITS etc) to apply? No, we are looking for sports leaders who are willing to volunteer and contribute to this amazing initiative.
