Task: To assist the treasurer, to assist with reconciling accounts, bookkeeping, data entry, preparing financial reports, budgeting 

Overview: You are expected to have a basic understanding of accounts, budgeting and financial principles and be ready to apply them in a real-world setting. ESN Malta has multiple sources of revenue and expenditure. You will be expected to keep journal and logbook entries updated, prepare financial reports, analyze actual financial data, and utilise different bookkeeping software and assist the treasurer with other accounting activities. You will be part of the Business and Finance Team, under the direction of the Treasurer. 

You should be able to work from your own initiative. This is a perfect opportunity for accounting students who are looking for alternative independent work experience from large firms.

Essential Skills:
